While everything that we've eaten there has been delicious, their fougasse bread is unbelieveable and I bought the cookbook specifically for that recipe. I spent today making the bread and it turned out beautifully! The instructions were easy to understand and told me everything I needed to know to make great bread despite a lack of experience making yeast breads. I am encouraged and look forward to making more of the recipes in this cookbook! The only downside is that I wish the cookbook had more recipes, but it was worth the price just for the fougasse recipe.Artisan Breads, Pastries, Cookies, and Desserts: Techniques and Recipes from the Beach Pea Baking Co.
