Popina Book of Baking ReviewI ordered this after I saw the author and her London bakery featured on an episode of Rachel Allen: Bake! on The Cooking Channel. First of all, her story is wonderful. She is an artist turned baker, and her food is beautiful. Secondly, I love savory breads and tarts; and it's hard to find books where they appear as anything but an afterthought. This book is a treasure! It is a lovely collection of recipes featuring organic ingredients. If you love savory tarts and other baked items, you will love this book! There are some wonderful sweet treats in it as well.Popina Book of Baking Overview
